Makeup Lesson Policy 

Makeup lessons must be scheduled and completed prior to the package end date provided at registration. Missed lessons will not be extended beyond the package timeframe.

No-call/no-shows are not eligible for makeup lessons. All makeup lessons must be properly scheduled with your instructor in advance.

Makeup days and times are based on instructor availability

Cancellation Policy 

The Swim Social requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a private or semi-private lesson.

• If 24 hours or more notice is provided, a makeup lesson will be scheduled.
  

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the missed lesson will not be rescheduled and will be deducted from your package.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, in certain exceptional cases, we may consider a partial refund at our sole discretion. If a partial refund is granted, a full refund will not be available.

Lesson Package Policy 

Please note that it is your responsibility to complete all lessons included in your package before the end of the season. Any unused lessons will not be refunded, credited, or carried over to a future season.

Vacation Policy 

If you plan to go on vacation during the summer, please consider that when selecting your lesson package. For mid-summer vacations, we recommend purchasing a smaller package and reassessing your schedule upon return.

Once an end date is assigned to your lesson package, it is your responsibility to complete all lessons before that date. Lessons will not be refunded, rescheduled, or carried over past the designated end date.
