TSS policies

Makeup Policy: There are 4 makeup lessons allowed per package - the number stays the same for each package we offer. Should you need to makeup lessons within your package, you will need to do so prior to the end date you are given at the time of registration. No call no show does not pertain to makeups - you need to schedule in a proper time with your instructor for a makeup lesson. Please note that if your child is sick, they MUST be fever free for 48 hours prior to their scheduled lesson. Please note all sales are final.

Cancellation Policy: TheSwimSocial requires 24 hours' notice to cancel or change a private or semi-private lesson. If the scheduled lesson is canceled 24 hours or more hours in advance, swim social will schedule a make-up lesson for the missed lesson. If less than 24 hours' notice is given the lesson will not be rescheduled and that lesson will be deducted from the package. Please note all sales are final.

Vacation Policy: If you are planning on a vacation this summer, keep that in mind when purchasing your lesson package. If it is in the middle of the summer, purchase a smaller package and reevaluate when you return. Once you are given the end date of your lesson package, you will be responsible for finishing lessons prior to that date. Lessons will not roll over past that date nor will they be refunded.

Parent/Instructor Communication Policy: If more than 24 hours ahead of scheduled lesson time, email hello@theswimsocial.com for rescheduling needs. If something arises (sickness, emergency, etc) within 6 hours of scheduled lesson, please reach out to your instructor. You will not get your instructor’s contact number until lessons begin. There will be an email sent out prior to the season introducing your instructor.
