1. As a reminder: Swim lessons will be offered Monday-Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Mornings 9:00a-11:00a, afternoons 12:00p-3:00p, and evenings 4:00p - 7:00p
   

2. ​Waitlist: Should the day and time you wish for not be available, you will have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. Once a spot becomes available, you will receive a notification.
   

3. You must have access to a private or community pool in order to sign-up for swim lessons with The Swim Social.

4. Please make sure you select the correct pool location when filling out the registration form as your community is likely to be abbreviated.

5.  We ask that you give us at least  24 hours for your classes to show up in your Parent Portal.

6.  As of right now, we can only accommodate lessons once a week.
   

7. Per your registration form, payments will be processed as you request (paid in full or 50%) in order to secure your spot. If you choose to pay 50% during registration, the remaining balance should be paid prior to the first lesson of your child’s package. If there is still a remaining balance at the time of your child's first lesson, your balance will be processed automatically.
   

8. You will need to create a login and password for your parent portal- if you were with us the last time we used Jackrabbit, you will be able to use the same login you had previously. If you are new with us this year, this is where you will have access to the classes you have signed up for, any communication that we need to share with you, as well as any balances you have. Please note that you will need to fill out the registration form below to gain access to your parent portal.

Referral Program: 

Receive $20.00 off your package. 

Must be a new family who has not taken lessons with us. 

Limit to 1 referral per family 

To receive your referral credit, please make sure to have your friends or family mention your name in our referral section on the registration form. 

9. Please double-check the pool location when entering your registration information.

10. We ask that you give us 24 hours for any communication throughout the registration process and season (this includes your registration confirmation).
